We routinely represent businesses in matters before state and federal agencies such as the US Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Texas Workforce Commission, and the Texas Commission on Human Rights. The attorneys in our Labor and Employment Section assist clients in preparing, reviewing, and revising employment policies, handbooks, and procedures. We also help clients manage and effectively implement employment policies so they become routine business practices.
