Who We Are
Waldron & Schneider, a multifaceted law firm with the ability to serve a variety of needs was founded in 1990, by Robbye R. Waldron and Marc H. Schneider. Robbye R. Waldron was a former bank trust officer and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee. The firm today has many experienced lawyers in a wide variety of legal fields.
The firm focuses on representing businesses and people who own business, including matters involving corporate formation, merger and acquisitions, contracts, business litigation, labor and employment issues, reorganization, estate planning, and asset protection. The firm also practices in areas of criminal defense, bankruptcy, medical and health law, real estate, personal injury, and family law. The firm’s lawyers are licensed in Texas and in each of the Federal Districts of Texas, including the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
