Associate Attorney Madison M. Moody secured a victory for a business client following a wrongful credit card dispute by its customer.  After the client performed work for the customer, the customer improperly reversed the charges through their credit card company. Waldron & Schneider filed a breach of contract lawsuit, convincing the judge to award our client labor charges plus attorney fees.
