Mark A. Rubal is the senior litigation partner at Waldron & Schneider. Mr. Rubal is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in criminal law and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
He was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and graduated in May of 1982 from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a B.S. degree in Administration and Management Science and Economics. Mr. Rubal received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Houston-Law Center in December of 1989. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and has litigated cases in several federal jurisdictions both at the district court and appellate levels in Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Ohio. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Rubal worked as a prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s office for approximately four years.
Mr. Rubal has extensive experience in general litigation areas, including criminal defense, personal injury claims, insurance defense, commercial and contract disputes, organizational and contractual matters, and consumer and employment law, among numerous other areas of general litigation.
