Montana Cortez is an Associate Attorney with Waldron & Schneider. Ms. Cortez graduated Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law Houston and received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. While attending South Texas College of Law, Ms. Cortez served as a member of South Texas Law Review.

With a passion for helping clients protect their assets and navigate complex legal processes, Ms. Cortez focuses on drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney and business succession plans. Ms. Cortez works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to create comprehensive estate plans that offer peace of mind and minimize future legal complications.
