- Janina Wojtkowski obtained a summary judgment dismissing a family restaurant from a dram shop case (claim of over-serving a minor), showing that the restaurant was not liable because it maintained proper procedures.
- Janina Wojtkowski successfully defended in a real estate case centered on misrepresentation of seller’s disclosure and subsequently defeated the plaintiff’s Motion for New Trial, ensuring the favorable original ruling was upheld and bringing the matter to a final conclusion at the trial court level.

- 9/10/21: RAS negotiated a resolution through mediation for payments due to a financial institution in bankruptcy with multiple lien claimants seeking priority over the limited funds available.

- Successfully closed on short sale of large real estate tract in Ch. 11

- Judicial District of Pecos County: successfully finalized negotiated agreement on multi-party bond claim ensuring pro-rata distribution of bond funds to client after certain parties sought to preclude certain claimants
- Judicial District of Harris County, Texas: successfully negotiated resolution of claims against corporate client after insurer refused coverage.
- Revised amendment to commercial lease for client with numerous locations throughout Texas.
- Appointed as a Receiver with State Court order to collect on a judgment against the owner of a business.
